The vibrant flavors and crisp textures of our Asian Chopped Salad are so good! This easy dish is made with a homemade teriyaki dressing.

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, add romaine lettuce, cucumbers and carrot.
  2. Add sprouts, sunflower or pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds.
  3. Finally add cilantro.
  4. Toss all ingredients together.
  5. In a small bowl make the dressing by adding honey, teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil and rice vinegar and mixing well.
  6. Pour dressing over salad and toss again to coat salad well.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

If making in advance, do not add dressing until ready to serve.
