- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel fire roasted corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1-2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 (9 1/4 ounce) bag of Chili Cheese Frito corn chips, coarsely crushed
