Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
  3. The next day add apples, grapes and whipped cream.  Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
  5. Note: Cool whip can be used in place of real whipped cream - but not for photos.
  6. Note: real whipped cream does start to break down after a few hours. So it’s best to add to the salad right before serving.
