Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Put the frozen butternut squash into a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the squash and mix until evenly coated.
  4. Add paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to the squash and mix well.
  5. Spread the seasoned squash evenly over the baking sheet.
  6. Put in the oven for 35 minutes.
  7. At the 35 minute mark, mix the squash so the pieces get evenly browned.
  8. Put back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
  9. Remove and enjoy!
