Goat cheese dressing is the salad dressing you never knew you needed that goes perfectly with all your favorite vegetables. I love it more than honey mustard vinaigrette which is saying a lot since that is definitely one of my favorites.

Here’s what makes this goat cheese vinaigrette even better:

  • Whipped goat cheese and milk gives it a creamy base full of flavor that will coat all the ingredients in your salad.
  • The tangy apple cider vinegar adds a kick that balances the richness of the goat cheese.
  • Hot honey adds the smallest amount of medium heat to give a quiet sweet and spicy twist to the dressing.

If you have never made homemade dressing, you will be surprised how quick and easy it is to take simple ingredients and mix them together to give you amazing flavor.

This goat cheese honey dressing will quickly become your go-to salad dressing any time of year. So add a log of goat cheese and all your favorite salad ingredients to your shopping list. You are going to love this dressing!

How to serve Goat Cheese Dressing with Honey:

There are 3 main ways you can serve your goat cheese dressing with spicy honey.

  1. Mixed into the salad. Toss your honey goat cheese dressing into your salad before you serve it. This works well for spiralized vegetables and hearty whole grain salads that will not wilt.
  2. In individual dressing dishes. Portion the goat cheese and honey dressing into individual containers. This works well for on the go salad lunches and pre portioned events.
  3. In your favorite salad dressing container. I like using mason jars so I can shake the dressing before pouring, but you can also use gravy boats or any other glass jars you like.
